Candidate

Definitions
  • “Company” shall mean KERJAAN. and/or PT Dakara Nari Estri.
  • “User” shall mean any party or individual using KERJAAN. to apply for jobs or career opportunities, or to obtain information as provided on KERJAAN. or associated links.
  • “Third Party” refers to organization or individual who uses KERJAAN. for recruitment, advertising or other purposes.
  • “Service” refers to services provided by Company to Users signup to have their resumes sent by email to Third Parties who have advertised career opportunities that match Users’ pre-selected criteria.
  • “Users” and “Third Parties” are the respective plural forms of “User” and “Third Party” without altering their definitions in any way.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Company is not responsible for the content of advertisements placed by Third Parties on KERJAAN.
  2. Company is entitled to edit resumes, block access, or decline services to Users whom Company suspects violate good conduct, the rights to which interpretation belongs solely to Company. Company’s decision on such an issue or issues is final and uncontestable.
  3. Users agree to have their resumes exposed to and used by Third Parties for recruitment purposes.
  4. Users agree not to post information or content that is false; obscene; misleading; defaming or derogatory to others; hateful of others; inciting anger; discriminating towards certain religions or races, expressly or implied, on KERJAAN.
  5. Users are the sole parties responsible for the information they include in their application letters or resumes.
  6. Users agree to discharge the Company and/or its employees of any losses incurred in using KERJAAN. or associated links.
  7. Users are not allowed to use information obtained on KERJAAN. or associated links for purposes that are unlawful, or in violation of intellectual or copy rights. Violators will be prosecuted to full extent of the laws by Company and/or parties suffering losses.
  8. Users agree to other terms and conditions which may be added from time to time without advance notices by Company.

Employer

Definitions

(a) “Company” shall mean KERJAAN. and/or PT Dakara Nari Estri.
(b) “Subscriber” shall mean entity, organization or individual using KERJAAN. or associated links to post job openings or career opportunities, or to obtain information in general.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Company reserves the right to decline service to any Subscriber deemed to violate Company’s good conduct policy, the interpretation of which shall be construed solely by the Company. Company’s decision to decline or terminate service to Subscriber is final and uncontestable. In the event that Subscriber has made payment to Company but denied or terminated of service, Subscriber has the right to seek refunds, if any, less charges as determined by Company.
  2. Subscriber agrees not to post information or content that is false; obscene; misleading; defaming or derogatory to others; hateful of others; inciting anger; discriminating towards certain religions or races, expressly or implied, on KERJAAN.
  3. Subscriber shall be the sole party responsible for information it posts on KERJAAN.
  4. Subscriber agrees to discharge Company and/or its officers of any losses, monetary or otherwise, incurred as a result of using services provided by Company or its associated Web sites and links.
  5. Subscriber shall not use data obtained on KERJAAN. for purposes other than to fill Subscriber’s job openings or career opportunities, the violation of which may subject Subscriber to prosecution in courts of law by Company and/or affected parties.
  6. Subscriber agrees to any new terms and conditions as may be added by Company from time to time without advance notices to Subscriber.
